What It Does
Renting trailers in Utah
A trailer is the cheapest way to solve a transport problem, provided it is rated for what you are putting on it and the vehicle towing it is rated for the trailer. Most trailer trouble traces back to one of those two numbers being wrong.
Choosing a size
- Utility trailers
- Open deck for material, tools, and light loads. Straightforward towing behind most half-ton vehicles.
- Equipment trailers
- Heavier frames, ramps, and tie-downs built for machinery. Rated by the machine weight they can legally carry.
- Dump trailers
- Hydraulic dump for spoil, debris, and landscaping material — unloading without shovelling.
Common jobs
- Moving equipment between sites
- Hauling material, debris, and landscaping supplies
- Dump trailers for spoil and demolition waste
- Moving skid steers, mini excavators, and attachments
- Deliveries a pickup bed cannot handle

Questions
Trailers rental questions
- What can my truck tow?
- Your vehicle's towing capacity and hitch rating both matter, and the lower of the two governs. Trailer weight plus load has to stay under it. If you are unsure, tell us the vehicle and we will help you work it out.
- Do I need trailer brakes?
- Utah requires brakes on trailers above a certain weight, and a brake controller in the tow vehicle to operate them. Confirm the requirement for the trailer you are renting.
- How do I secure equipment on a trailer?
- Four-point tie-down at minimum, using chains and binders rated for the machine weight, with the attachment lowered and the machine's own parking brake set. Improperly secured loads are both a citation and a genuine hazard.
