What It Does
Renting attachments in Utah
Attachments are how one machine becomes several. The economics are usually straightforward: renting a breaker for the day you need to break concrete beats renting a second machine, and beats subbing the work out. The thing to get right is the match between attachment and carrier.
Choosing a size
- Breakers and hammers
- Sized to the carrier machine. An undersized hammer is slow; an oversized one damages the machine it is mounted on.
- Augers and drills
- Bit diameter and drive unit matched to hole size and ground conditions.
- Buckets, grapples, and cutters
- Material handling and clearing attachments, sized by machine class and coupler type.
Common jobs
- Breaking concrete, asphalt, and rock
- Drilling post holes and footings
- Grappling brush, debris, and demolition waste
- Grading and levelling with dedicated buckets
- Mulching, brush cutting, and land clearing

Questions
Attachments rental questions
- Will an attachment fit my machine?
- It has to match on both counts: the coupler and the machine's hydraulic flow and pressure. Universal skid steer plates cover a lot of ground but not everything. Tell us the machine make and model when you book.
- Do I need high-flow hydraulics?
- Some attachments — mulchers, large cold planers, some breakers — require high-flow. Running them on a standard-flow machine gives you poor performance at best. Confirm before you rent both halves.
- Can I rent an attachment for my own machine?
- Yes. Bring us the make, model, coupler type, and hydraulic specification and we will confirm the fit rather than guess at it.
